Thompson's fleet is proudly 100% Owner Operated and we compensate our drivers appropriately, in order that they can profit from their hard work. Before appliying to join our team, please make note of the following stipulations:
- Thompson pays weekly (direct bank deposit).
- Over-the-road highway runs, average length of haul over 450 miles.
- Thompson purchases FAST transponder.
- Thompson pays each owner operator a sign-on bonus (paid in 30, 60 & 90 days).
- Thompson supplies fuel card.
- Thompson provides medical benefits: dental / eye glasses / drug plan / N.T.L. / life insurance.
- Thompson offers Accident & Disability Insurance ($20/pay/single & $30/pay/team).
- Sign on with Thompson Emergency - 25 years experience in the expedite industry.
